SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Delays
Occasionally delivery may take longer than estimated due to customs, carrier delays, or high demand. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at rootist.shop@gmail.com and we'll help.

Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly.
