RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you happy with your Rootist applicator. If something's not right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return
Email rootist.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable
For hygiene reasons, used applicators cannot be returned unless faulty.
